Shipping:

We provide free, insured USPS priority mail shipping on all orders within the United States. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

Our insured international shipping rates:

Canada - $25 

United Kingdom - $40

Europe - $40

Australia - $50 

New Zealand - $50

When can I expect my order? 

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation. You should receive your jewelry within 5 days after shipping. International orders will ordinarily be received within two weeks, although customs regulations may occasionally cause delays. You can trace your item through the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

Returns and Exchanges:

We have a 21-day exchange or store credit policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with security tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@romyinthedesert.com for return authorization. Once your return is accepted, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, purchase shipping insurance, and return it in the same box in which it was sent. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. Please include a copy of the original invoice and let us know whether you a prefer a store credit or exchange. Items sent back to us without first receiving return authorization will not be accepted.

We are a small, independent company, so only exchanges/credits from U. S. sales are accepted.
