Do you provide free shipping?
Yes. We provide free, insured USPS priority mail shipping on all orders within the United States. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Our insured international shipping rates are as follows:
Canada - $25
United Kingdom - $40
Europe - $40
Australia - $50
New Zealand - $50
When can I expect my order?
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation. You should receive your jewelry within 5 days after shipping. International orders will ordinarily be received within two weeks, although customs regulations may occasionally cause delays. You can trace your item through the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
Do you have a return policy?
We have a 21-day exchange or store credit policy. This means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with security tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
How do I start an exchange?
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com for return authorization. Once your return is accepted, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, purchase shipping insurance, and return it in the same box in which it was sent. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. Please include a copy of the original invoice and let us know whether you a prefer a store credit or exchange. Items sent back to us without first receiving return authorization will not be accepted.
We are a small, independent company, so only exchanges/credits from U. S. sales are accepted.

What if my necklace arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us so that we can fix any problems.
How do store credits work?
Once we receive your return, you will get an email with a promo code to use your credit on our website.
How do I care for my necklace?
Treat your Romy with love and care. Regardless of price, it is delicate. It should be treasured and enjoyed each time you wear it.
Here are some important things to bear in mind so your jewelry can last for generations:
- We highly suggest you stand on carpet when putting on your Romy. If a piece hits a hard surface, some of the elements can break. Carpeting gives some cushion to absorb the shock. This advice comes from experience.
- When you’re not wearing your necklace, store it in the box in which it arrived. Please do not toss it in your jewelry box. There is also a little anti-tarnish square in the box.
- Your Romy is not a water baby. It does not like to get wet, take showers, jump in the pool, or swim in the sea.
- Be sure to avoid getting perfume, lotion, and hairspray on your necklace.
Do you offer a cleaning service?
Yes we do. We offer a once-a-year cleaning and tune-up. It’s free aside from shipping costs. Email me at email@example.com for details.
